Working in a rapidly growing, ever-changing scale-up comes with its own set of opportunities and challenges. If you prefer a stable environment, with clear processes and structures then, we've got to be honest, you won't always find that here. The people you’ll like to work with and things you'll enjoy impacting:

As a Growth Marketing Manager E-Commerce (m/f/d) in our E-commerce team, you will take on our most exciting marketing challenge: fundamentally changing the purchasing habits of our Provider (Px) base. Currently, our Providers already buy their professional supplies elsewhere - your mission is to disrupt that routine. You will map and execute the complete buyer journey, starting with building initial awareness of the Booksy Store, driving that crucial first purchase, and designing the activation funnels that turn one-time shoppers into loyal, returning buyers. By mastering e-commerce storytelling and lifecycle marketing, your ultimate goal is to shift their behavior until the Booksy Store becomes their undisputed, top-of-mind destination for all their supply needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provider Activation & Lifecycle Marketing:

  • Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) Strategy: Planning, designing, and executing the strategy to activate the Provider (Px) base (the buyers), moving them from inactive status to first-time and regular buyers.
  • Marketing Calendar Ownership: Ownership of the Px marketing calendar, including planning, scheduling, and executing all seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and LCM to drive orders and GMV.
  • E-Commerce Storytelling: Crafting and executing ongoing marketing campaigns and mass communication to ensure Providers find attractive promotions, new products, and purchasing inspiration.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of Px activation funnels and campaign results. Optimizing future actions based on performance data.
