Job Description

We're a rapidly scaling company at the forefront of AI innovation, bridging human expertise with artificial intelligence. With leadership from ex-Lazard and Partners Group professionals, we operate globally from our London and San Francisco hubs. We're building AI systems that understand finance, healthcare, and law by working with domain experts who bring real-world knowledge to AI training.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build vibrant communities of skilled professionals in India across our three core verticals: finance, healthcare, and law. This role is about more than recruitment. You'll be establishing our brand within technical and professional communities, creating pipelines of contributors who want to shape how AI works in their fields, and building the systems that allow us to scale sustainably.

This is a startup role for someone who wants to build something from scratch in a high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Community Building: Develop and nurture talent communities across finance, healthcare, and law, with focus on professionals skilled in coding, quantitative analysis, and specialised domain knowledge

  • Brand Development: Position our contributor opportunities within professional networks, universities, and industry communities to attract top-tier talent

  • Strategic Sourcing: Use LinkedIn and alternative channels to identify professionals with capabilities like financial modelling, statistical analysis, medical informatics, legal research, and technical problem-solving

  • Process Design: Build scalable recruitment workflows using modern tools (we use platforms like Greenhouse) that maintain quality while growing quickly

  • Skills Validation: Coordinate assessment processes to evaluate technical and domain-specific capabilities of potential contributors

  • Partnership Development: Establish relationships with leading universities and professional organizations to create ongoing talent pipelines

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2-6 years in recruitment or talent operations, ideally with freelance, contract, or community-focused hiring

  • Platform Skills: Strong LinkedIn recruiting abilities and familiarity with applicant tracking systems

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English

  • Startup Mindset: Comfort building processes and systems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Operational Background: Experience in marketplace, on-demand, or operationally complex business models is valuable

  • Network: Connections within top-tier universities or professional communities in finance, healthcare, or law is a plus

  • Availability: Ready to start immediately

Why Join Us

  • Fully remote with flexible working arrangements

  • Ground floor opportunity to build talent infrastructure for a growing AI startup

  • Modern tools and autonomy to design your own processes

  • Impact: Shape how professionals in finance, healthcare, and law contribute to next-generation AI
