Job Summary
We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build, launch, and optimize high-performance outbound systems for B2B SaaS clients. This is a highly technical, automation-heavy role designed for someone who thrives in startup environments and understands outbound as a revenue engine — not just lead generation.
You’ll embed directly into client revenue motions, owning campaign architecture, signal-based workflows, outbound sequencing, and automation infrastructure. If you’re an AI-obsessed builder with deep Clay expertise and agency experience, this is your opportunity to help architect scalable outbound engines.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy outbound campaigns using Clay as the core orchestration engine

- Familiarity with CRM attribution models
- Ability to operate during US hours (preferably PT)

- Experience with n8n or similar automation tools

- Background in SaaS or venture-backed startups
- Exposure to CRO-level revenue strategy
