  • Are you ready to shape the future of AI solutions in a fast-moving market? We are looking for a GTM Partner to join Sigma Software’s AI Competence Center and lead the charge in defining and validating our go-to-market direction.
  • This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing experts, and AI specialists to create outcome-oriented offers and test them directly with the market.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in marketing or GTM roles for B2B services or consulting
  • Experience with market and buyer research, ICP definition, and deal analysis
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into outcome-based offers
  • Practical experience running outbound motions and lead generation collaboration
  • Experience testing ideas in the market and making evidence-based decisions
  • Strong writing skills for POVs, offer descriptions, and outreach messaging
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and delivery teams
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
  • Ability to prioritise, make trade-offs, and operate with high ownership

Responsibilities
  • Define and refine target ICPs for AI solutions with the AI Competence Center
  • Prioritise focus segments and deprioritise non-strategic ones
  • Validate ICP assumptions using market feedback and deal data
  • Shape outcome-oriented AI service offers aligned to buyer problems
  • Develop clear positioning and messaging for priority ICPs
  • Test GTM hypotheses through outbound, social selling, and targeted content
  • Collect and analyse feedback from outreach and sales conversations
  • Translate learnings into recommendations on scaling or adjusting offers
  • Track GTM progress with clear documentation and metrics
  • Create high-impact GTM assets, messaging frameworks, and case studies
