Job Description

Who We Are

Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too.

We’re building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow’s machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, preserving coral reef populations, guiding drone flight, and much more.

Our team is small relative to our impact, and we believe our user success is our success (not the inverse). A team member summarized: “Roboflow is a company full of giant brains and tiny egos.” We find software has a multiplier effect on all roles (not only product and engineering), so Roboflow employs developers across the company in design, sales, customer support, marketing, and beyond.

We’re supported by great customers and investors, having raised over 63 million from Google Ventures, Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, amongst other leading software investors.

What You'll Do

We’re hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to build and scale the systems our revenue team runs on, reporting into the Revenue Operations lead and working hand-in-hand with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and data engineering. Revenue Operations owns the operating system for go-to-market at Roboflow: how pipeline is measured, how the forecast is built, how territories and account handoffs work, and whether the numbers can be trusted. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: you’ll implement, customize, and scale Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack (Outreach, enrichment platforms, and more), while also building custom tooling and AI-powered workflows where off-the-shelf solutions fall short.

You’ll start by building under the direction of the Revenue Operations team and grow into ownership of our Salesforce architecture as the function scales. As our sales team grows, the systems you ship will shape how quickly new reps ramp, how accurately we forecast, and how cleanly accounts move from a first land to enterprise-wide expansion. You’ll partner closely with sales stakeholders, ops, and engineering to turn requirements into shipped solutions.

  • Build and extend Salesforce functionality (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects), turning Revenue Operations designs into working, tested, source-controlled systems

  • Implement the data models behind how we sell: account hierarchies and site-level data, product catalog and packaging, territory and coverage assignment, and account handoffs between sales teams

  • Build the inputs and enforcement behind our forecasting models: stage exit criteria and stage gates, forecast categories, pipeline snapshots, and the field history needed to track forecast accuracy over time

  • Partner with data engineering on programmatic BI: SQL and BigQuery, code-defined dashboards on Salesforce data, and native Salesforce reports, templates, and folder/permission structures as the self-service layer for end users

  • Own data quality across Salesforce and connected GTM systems, including deduplication, field standardization, ownership cleanup, and the cleanup views that show each rep what to fix and why it matters

  • Lead integration and data pipeline work across the GTM stack, including migrations as we retire and replace tools

  • Build the infrastructure for partner and cloud marketplace revenue: deal registration, sourced vs. influenced attribution, and reporting the whole team trusts

  • Facilitate the variable compensation program by providing data quality and management support

  • Serve as the control point for AI agents in our GTM stack (permissions, access, and rollout), and design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered GTM workflows yourself

  • Share end user support with the rest of the team, including lead routing and assignment troubleshooting, round-robin logic, SLA misses, and bulk list uploads for marketing campaigns and sales prospecting

Who You Are

You are a systems builder with strong GTM instincts who wants to be an important part of an exceptional team that focuses on using Roboflow's computer vision tools to impact and improve every industry. You have high agency and a bias toward action.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience building on Salesforce in a technical admin or developer capacity

  • 5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Integrations

  • Experience testing and deploying solutions, ideally with source tracking and the Salesforce Metadata API

  • Experience implementing automation, custom objects, and non-trivial business logic

  • Working SQL and experience with a data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)

  • Practical understanding of GTM concepts: product catalogs, pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals, expansion, compensation planning and administration

  • Experience working across an ecosystem of GTM tools including communication platforms, enrichment platforms, quoting tools, CLMs, e-signature platforms, etc.

  • Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows, and building with AI coding agents

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer Level 1 certification or higher

  • Hands on experience with source control, particularly for Salesforce deployments

  • Experience with land-and-expand enterprise sales motions, PLG, or developer-first companies

  • Experience with partner, channel, or cloud marketplace operations

  • Experience with stakeholder management

  • Experience with, and a willingness to learn, how to leverage AI to optimize output and outcomes

  • Experience managing or supporting variable compensation programs
