Job Summary

We are looking for Bilingual Gujarati Psychiatrists to support an AI training project. You’ll apply your psychiatric expertise to evaluate case studies, assess AI-generated content, and provide culturally and clinically accurate feedback. AI experience is not required.

Scope of Work

• Develop and evaluate psychiatric case studies for AI training.

• Conduct and review psychological assessments using Gujarati clinical and cultural perspectives.

• Create clear documentation and analyses in Gujarati and English.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams.

• Apply ethical decision-making when reviewing sensitive psychiatric content.

• Support bilingual communication of psychiatric concepts.

• Provide expert feedback on AI evaluation methods in mental health contexts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.

• Native or near-native fluency in Gujarati and advanced English proficiency.

• Experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

• Strong cultural sensitivity and ethical decision-making skills.

• Experience developing case studies, teaching materials, or research content.

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with interdisciplinary, technology, research, or digital health projects is a plus.
