Job Description

M9 Solutions is seeking a HCM Configuration Analyst to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned configuration tasks across Core HR, workforce structures, self-service, and related HCM modules.
  • Support configuration migration and validation across the platform's non-production environments (Sandbox, Development, UAT Staging, UAT, Pre-Production).
  • Build and execute test scripts; log, track, and retest defects.
  • Maintain configuration workbooks and design documentation.
  • Support data validation and reconciliation activities during migration dry runs.
  • Contribute to contract deliverable (CDRL) development, including release notes and status reporting inputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
  • An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
  • Undergraduate degree (Degree may be substituted with equivalent years of experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HCM, ERP, or enterprise application configuration or support role.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or a comparable cloud HCM platform.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working within a documented change control process.
  • Clear written communication.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud HCM coursework or certification.
  • Federal HR or federal IT program experience.
  • Basic SQL.
