Job Description

We are building a dedicated services function within Boosta, focused on supporting the personal needs and matters of the company’s shareholders. The role is responsible for building and leading a reliable, scalable, and high-quality service model that brings structure, clear processes, and exceptional standards to this area of support.

What you will do:

Shareholder Service & Request Management

  • Own request intake, prioritization, and routing to relevant corporate functions or external providers.
  • Coordinate joint presentations and discussions with shareholders together with relevant experts.

Service Design & Operations

  • Design and manage the Family Office service model, including request intake, prioritization, delivery, service catalog, tiers, and performance measurement.
  • Build and lead the team, starting with an Operations Manager and scaling the function as the scope grows.
  • Manage service metrics, time tracking, internal billing, budget allocation, and regular business reviews with shareholders.

Corporate Function Integration

  • Establish clear engagement models with corporate functions without duplicating existing expertise.
  • Coordinate dedicated resources and time quotas where needed, while protecting corporate teams from fragmented ad hoc requests.

Vendor & Ecosystem Management

  • Build and manage a trusted network of external advisors and specialized service providers.
  • Lead negotiations on scope, pricing, and terms, and monitor service quality and vendor performance.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience building, managing, or scaling service-oriented functions, with a strong operational mindset and the ability to establish processes, service standards, metrics, and effective delivery models.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and manage external advisors and internal stakeholders across tax, legal, banking, investment, and other relevant domains.
  • Experience building and leading teams, managing external vendors, negotiating scopes and commercial terms, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Experience Supporting Senior Stakeholders

  • Significant experience working directly with founders, business owners, senior executives, or other high-profile individuals, with a strong ability to understand complex needs and deliver a high level of trust, discretion, and service.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, both written and spoken.

Personal qualities:

  • Service Orientation -  Committed to delivering exceptional service while balancing responsiveness with long-term stakeholder interests.
  • Executive Presence - Ability to build credibility and operate effectively with shareholders, UHNW individuals, and senior executives.
  • Ownership - Takes full accountability for outcomes, proactively drives initiatives, and ensures execution without constant oversight.
  • Results Orientation - Focuses on delivering tangible outcomes, solving problems efficiently, and maintaining a strong execution mindset.
