- Proven experience (7+ years) in IT operations management with a strong leadership background.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and vendor partnerships successfully.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced professional services environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
