This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of a diverse product portfolio.   • Accountabilities You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of the product portfolio, balancing innovation, optimization, and market-driven growth. Define and execute the portfolio vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals Manage portfolio composition, including investment, growth, maintenance, or sunset decisions, optimizing synergies and market impact Conduct continuous market, competition, and customer analysis to inform product decisions Identify and validate new product opportunities, including building business cases and overseeing early-stage development Lead product lifecycle management, from concept and launch to evolution and optimization Monitor and optimize product performance metrics including revenue, profitability, adoption, and retention Set priorities across products, allocate resources strategically, and balance core versus customer-requested features Build and scale the product management function, defining standards, best practices, and organizational expertise Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market initiatives, customer acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth Requirements: The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise with leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 5+ years in product management with leadership experience managing multi-product SaaS portfolios; experience in MarTech, Pharma, or regulated domains preferred Proven ownership of portfolio strategy, P&L management, and successful product launches in international markets Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills, including pricing, ROI, and SaaS metrics Expertise across the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, experimentation, and delivery Ability to balance innovation vs. optimization and core vs. customer-driven development Experience building and scaling product organizations, mentoring product managers, and defining standards Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment in multinational environments Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a customer-centric and outcome-oriented mindset Soft skills: agile mindset, leadership, planning, team management, creativity, critical thinking, adaptability, and collaboration Benefits: This role provides a supportive, growth-oriented environment with competitive compensation and extensive professional development opportunities.
