- Enterprise security is one of the fastest-growing and most strategic areas at Amazon Web Services (AWS), and we are looking for a marketing leader to own how the world understands it. As the leader of Product Marketing for AWS Security and Identity, you will set the marketing strategy for a high-growth business, define the category narrative, and build the team that brings it to life. In this role, you will sit at the center of how AWS establishes itself as a leader in enterprise security. This is a rare chance to own a strategic business end to end from a product-marketing standpoint. You will decide where to invest, what story to tell, and how to measure whether it is working, while partnering with engineering, finance, go-to-market, and sales leaders to generate growth. You will be building the team that will drive the growth, including hiring, developing, and shaping a team of product marketers into a group known for sharp storytelling, strong business judgment, and deep technical credibility with security buyers. If you are a product marketing leader who wants the autonomy to shape a category, the scope of a business that matters, and the opportunity to build a team you are proud of, this role is for you. Key job responsibilities Own the product marketing strategy for the AWS Security and Identity portfolio, and set the category narrative that positions AWS as a leader in enterprise security. Own positioning, messaging, and launch strategy across the portfolio, and represent AWS with customers, at industry events, and in analyst and executive interactions. Partner with the Security and Identity product leaders to shape the portfolio roadmap based on working back from customer needs. Decide where to invest for the greatest return, using data and customer insight to guide strategy, prioritization, and the initiatives the team designs and launches. Set the bar for how the team measures impact, and build the habit of testing ideas, learning quickly, and deciding with evidence. Build, grow, and develop a team of product marketers - hiring top talent, coaching for craft and business judgment, and creating an environment where people do their best work.
