Responsibilities
- Complete a large-scale I-9 audit project
- Review and reconcile employee records between multiple HR systems
- Research and identify missing documentation
- Transfer historical I-9 documentation into the current compliance platform
- Track and resolve outstanding compliance items
- Partner with hospital managers and team members to obtain required documentation
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate project tracking and status reporting
- Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies requiring correction
- Support overall compliance and recordkeeping efforts throughout the project
Requirements
- Experience working in HR, HR Operations, Benefits, Recruiting Operations, Employee Records, or a similar administrative/compliance-focused environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage large volumes of information accurately
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technologies
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional communication skills with the ability to build rapport over phone and email
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior I-9 experience
- HRIS experience
- Experience with compliance audits
- Experience handling confidential employee information
- Exposure to Paycor, SharePoint, or similar HR platforms
- Experience with employee document management and records administration
