Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Generalist - someone who can independently own a wide, fast-changing mix of senior stakeholder support, HR projects, and recruitment, and who is genuinely excited about using AI to make HR work better.
This is not a narrow, single-track HR role. You'll sit in on a reorg conversation with stakeholders, drive an HR project and source candidates for an open role — sometimes all in the same week. We need someone who finds that variety energizing rather than exhausting, who can be handed ambiguity and turn it into a plan, and who wants to be a part of an ever changing environment with exciting challenges
What You'll Do
- Own sourcing for a defined set of open roles, building and managing candidate pipelines
- Conduct interviews as needed, from initial screens through to more active involvement in the hiring process
- Participate in and help drive core HR initiatives, like talent reviews, EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and process/tooling improvement projects
- Bring an AI-first mindset to how HR processes and tools evolve, and help identify where automation and AI can remove manual work
- Actively build your own AI skills and help evolve how the wider HR function uses AI tools
- Act as a trusted backup to the Global HR team
- Support business unit transformations and reorganizations
- Step in and represent HR credibly in the Head of HR's absence
- Advise people managers on day-to-day and complex people questions: performance, conflict, structure, policy application
- Provide ad hoc employee advisory and support as issues arise
- Solid, hands-on HR experience across various fields e.g business partnership, generalist recruitment, HR project delivery, and employee/manager advisory
- Comfortable moving fluidly between strategic project work and hands-on tactical tasks, including recruitment sourcing
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of AI and its practical applications in HR, with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude); experience with automation tools like n8n is a plus, though not required
- Genuine interest and active engagement with building your own AI skills and helping evolve how HR uses AI
- Strong self-management: you can take ambiguous, cross-functional work and run with it independently, with minimal oversight
- Capacity and appetite for a large, varied workload — you're energized by having a lot on your plate, not drained by it
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a scaling, multi-entity, or cross-border organization
- Familiarity with workflow automation for HR processes (e.g., n8n or similar tools)
