• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar recruitment role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. (English)
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
