Job Description
Job Summary:
The HRIS Analyst role will drive the hands-on maintenance, optimization, and day-to-day support of the organization’s HR related systems with a special focus on the Workday platform. This role bridges the gap between technology and operations by participating in system configurations, data conversions, and testing new functionalities, alongside managing vendor release activities like impact analysis and feature deployment. The HRIS Analyst will also provide troubleshooting support to resolve system issues and assist with end-user training.
Job Expectations:

Managing the HR Systems Servicedesk ticket queue and triage incoming tickets

Provide prompt, ongoing support for team members by researching and resolving system issues and building effective solutions.

Participate in testing new system functionalities, support end-user training, system configurations, data conversions, and vendor release activities.

Support vendor releases including impact analysis, testing new features, and identifying opportunities to leverage new functionality

Maintain documentation for work instructions and process flows.

Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:

Ability to exercise discretion, judgment, tact, and poise in handling highly sensitive and confidential information

Proactive curiosity beyond simply completing tasks, with a passion for solving problems and growing core knowledge base

Comfortable with continuous learning with new technologies such as AI tools
Technical Knowledge:

Excel knowledge (Vlookup, pivot tables, basic functions)

Workday configuration across multiple SKUs
Experience Requirements:
Generally requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Workday in any of the functional areas.
Education Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
