Job Description

Kira Technologies Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR department and contribute to the development of our company's workforce. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding)
  • Develop job descriptions and coordinate interviews & assessments
  • Prepare onboarding documentation, system access and orientation

Payroll & Administration

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process including monthly pay run, overtime claims, statutory compliances
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentations
  • Monitor leave applications and update leave records
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries and maintain payroll records

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare time log report for tracking operational performance and monthly presentation
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes, policies and employee experience
  • Manage HR budget in alignment with business objectives and workforce plans
  • Support leadership team in making data-driven decision for headcount planning and workforce cost projections

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive working environment.
  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to foster employee growth and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
