Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming communications from Hungarian-speaking clients promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and guidance related to the services and products offered.
- Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality client support.
- Stay informed on company offerings and industry developments to enhance client advisory capabilities.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and common office applications.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively within a team.
- Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation expenses fully covered.
