Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and advisory services to Icelandic-speaking clients across various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries, bookings, and problem resolution efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on company services, offers, and relevant industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, advisory roles, or similar fields is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for living and working in Sofia, Bulgaria.
