Job Description

As an Information Assurance Specialist I, you will be responsible for accurate maintenance of records shared between Salesforce and adjacent systems.  This role will have a special focus on identifying and remediating duplicate or potential duplicate records.  Maintenance requests primarily originate from our Salesforce-based ticketing system.  You will be an active contributor to resolving these tickets.  In addition, you will be encouraged to draw insights from maintenance requests and related work and make recommendations to improve enterprise records management policies.

Your impact:

  • Resolve Salesforce cases submitted by internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates to Salesforce objects
  • Leverage various software tools to support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting Identify data discrepancies, process exceptions, or system issues and escalate trends or unresolved items
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional data and process issues
  • Follow and help improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by documenting issues, suggesting updates, and maintaining process accuracy

About you: 

  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office tools; most importantly Excel.
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times a year for team events
  • High aptitude for working with dynamic information systems
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through ability
  • Effective communication ability, with collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize and deliver information in an understandable manner
