We are searching for an Inside Sales Manager & Performance Coach to develop, mentor and scale our dedicated and high-performing sales team (based in Montreal and remote across Canada/USA).
This pivotal role ensures our team is expertly coached to connect with potential clients from social media and transform their inquiries into passionate customers, mastering the art of consultative selling while navigating intimate and vulnerable conversations with empathy and grace.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Coach: Manage a team of Client Acquisition Specialists, identifying individual strengths and implementing personalized development plans to hit conversion targets.
- Design & Deliver Training: Create and facilitate workshops, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching sessions focused on active listening, trauma-aware communication, and confidence building.
- Call Shadowing & Feedback: Conduct regular live call monitoring and recording reviews to provide tailored, actionable feedback that enhances both emotional presence and commercial results.
- Master the Sales Cycle: Develop high-impact modules for premium B2C sales, including value-based selling, objection handling, and "soft closing" techniques.
- Optimize the Script: Refine communication guidelines and scripts to ensure they remain authentic, ethical, and effective across different markets.
- Onboarding: Establish a structured onboarding and certification process for new hires to ensure a fast and inspired ramp-up period.
- Metric Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth while ensuring every client interaction meets our high-standard boutique experience.
About You:
- You bring at least 10 years of experience and a proven track record in high-ticket B2C sales ideally in luxury retail, wellness, beauty, or high-end hospitality."
- You have a solid track record of at least 5 years managing and leading teams, ideally within a sales environment or a role with a strong focus on driving performance and KPIs.
- You are a natural coach who brings a strong, motivating presence. You can recognize subtle behavioral patterns and elevate a team member's performance through thoughtful, empowering feedback.
- You are fiercely metrics-driven with a deep passion for sales, conversion rates, and KPIs, holding yourself and your team accountable to high performance standards.
- You are a pro at designing and delivering impactful training programs, transforming complex psychological concepts into simple, actionable sales tools.
- You demonstrate outstanding listening capabilities and are comfortable guiding a team through sensitive or vulnerable client conversations with professionalism.
- You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing a hybrid team (on-site and remote).
