Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Deliver quality candidates quickly across contract and permanent roles
- Drive strong submission, interview, and closure outcomes
Proactive Talent Engagement
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to hiring demand
- Engage candidates proactively through targeted outreach and relationship-building
- Keep candidates warm, informed, and ready to move quickly
Technical & Commercial Screening
- Assess technical capability, communication, motivation, availability, and role fit
- Ensure alignment on rates, salary expectations, work rights, and location preferences
- Present candidates with clear, high-quality summaries
Execution & Accountability
- Work with urgency across multiple priority roles
- Follow up consistently to progress interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Maintain organised pipelines and accurate recruitment activity tracking
Collaboration & Market Insight
- Partner closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring priorities
- Contribute market intelligence and hiring insights to improve delivery outcomes
- Support account growth through strong recruitment performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting for IT / technology roles
- Strong candidate engagement and sourcing capability
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- High ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, target-driven environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Technical understanding across IT skill areas is highly valued
