• Collaborate with global teams to identify emerging trends and patterns of abuse within the social media ecosystem.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on moderation actions taken during your daily shifts.
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement of moderation guidelines to improve user experience in the digital space.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions to ensure consistent performance and alignment with industry regulations.
