- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong proficiency in English to facilitate communication within our diverse, multi-cultural corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and premium home appliances.
