- Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and client experience.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
- Prepare and maintain reports on client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, advisory, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and standard office tools.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace a new cultural environment in Bulgaria.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to work within a dynamic team setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs fully covered.
