Junior IT Operations Engineer

The Kambi IT Operations is looking for NOC Engineers to further strengthen our team's ability to deliver a prompt, efficient and outstanding support to the IT Operations' requirement of the business. 

Job Scope:

• Provide IT Support across all offices.
• Provide quality technical support to operators.
• System monitoring
• Troubleshoot application and server problems and initiate necessary actions and escalation procedure.

Qualifications:

• Experience providing IT Support - local or remote
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and any related courses
• Exposure to Sportsbook industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Linux is desirable.
• Willing to learn new technologies
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Ability to work longer hours, night shifts, and shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Good team player
