Your role
You'll keep our recruitment projects running smoothly, from documents and data to margin calculations. You'll work side by side with Sales, Sourcing and REM, helping them move faster and stay organized. The role grows with you. You start with the fundamentals, and over time you shape how we work.
What you'll do
1. Support recruitment projects (admin and documents)
Create and manage documents on the company drive
Check the quality of data and documents, and report errors
Prepare Excel summaries and reports
Prepare margin calculations following set rules
2. Coordinate with other teams
Work closely with Sales, Sourcing and REM to keep service quality high and delivery fast
Keep data in our systems consistent and up to date
Flag risks and delays early
3. Improve how we work (the role evolves over time)
Run existing automations
Suggest ways to simplify repetitive tasks
Document processes and good practices
What we're looking for
Required:
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Confident Excel skills (formulas, filtering, organizing data)
Ability to work across several systems at the same time
Clear written communication in Polish and English (conversational level)
Independence: you deliver your part of the process and raise issues when they come up
Strong organization and a good grip on deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience in project administration, sales support, recruitment or PMO
Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and CRM-type tools
Interest in AI and automation (Power Automate, macros, scripts, AI chatbots)
Experience working with clients or suppliers
