In this role, you will have a substantial impact on the design strategies for our client's email marketing campaigns. You will lead a team dedicated to enhancing email designs while implementing efficient systems that scale across various brand clients. Your expertise in Klaviyo will be essential in optimizing existing templates and ensuring a visually appealing output that resonates with the brand. • Accountabilities Lead and manage a team of 4 designers, providing guidance and quality control Audit, clean up, and optimize existing Klaviyo email templates Build and implement reusable email components and design systems in Klaviyo Establish design standards and workflows to improve team efficiency Ensure brand consistency across all email campaigns and clients Collaborate with marketing and lifecycle teams to align on campaign goals Continuously improve design processes, scalability, and performance
• Requirements Proven experience designing emails in Klaviyo (design-focused role) Strong senior-level design skills with a solid portfolio Experience building and managing email design systems or component libraries Previous experience working in or with a marketing agency Ability to lead, organize, and bring structure to a team environment Strong attention to detail and brand consistency Excellent communication and collaboration skills
