• Accountabilities Own and operationalize the company’s content narrative. Translate high-level strategy into clear content frameworks and themes. Drive content as a strategic value lever to define the new category. Oversee thought leadership efforts and major content initiatives. Partner with internal teams to develop an editorial calendar. Elevate executive positioning through leadership narratives and stories. Work on primary industry research initiatives to promote findings. Identify content opportunities for enhanced cross-channel activation. Manage the content asset lifecycle from ideation to distribution. Analyze content performance to optimize search presence.
• Requirements 8–12+ years of experience in content strategy within a B2B marketing environment. Proven ability to develop and scale content narratives tied to business strategies. Strong cross-functional leadership with influence without direct authority. Experience managing complex content portfolios and scaling output. Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
