• Accountabilities Partner with internal leaders to observe and analyze instructional practices. Facilitate data-informed discussions with leaders to identify strengths and gaps. Review and assess the quality of assessments and curricula. Adapt strategies to meet evolving system needs. Communicate clearly with partners to enable informed decisions. Build trust-based relationships with school leaders. Contribute to the design of curriculum implementation tools.
• Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in educational environments. Experience as a math teacher and at least 2 years in an administrative or coaching role. Proficient in designing and delivering curriculum-specific professional learning. Ability to diagnose instructional quality using specialized tools. Strong coaching skills focused on content-specific instructional leadership. Effective cross-functional communication skills and project alignment.
