In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of user acquisition strategy execution and performance across multiple paid channels. You will operate hands-on within advertising platforms, directly managing campaigns, budgets, and optimizations without dependency on supervision. The position requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions that directly influence growth and ROI. You will be responsible for scaling acquisition efforts while maintaining efficiency, cost control, and performance stability. Working closely with analytics and creative teams, you will continuously refine targeting, funnels, and creatives to maximize results. This role offers significant autonomy and a clear progression path toward a Head of User Acquisition position as the organization grows.
- Accountabilities: Own and execute end-to-end user acquisition campaigns, including setup, optimization, scaling, and performance monitoring across key paid channels. Manage and allocate large-scale monthly advertising budgets (500K+), ensuring efficient spend and ROI-driven decisions. Lead performance marketing efforts with a strong focus on Meta Ads as the primary acquisition channel, alongside Google Ads and other platforms. Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and actionable insights in collaboration with analytics teams. Maintain structured reporting, testing frameworks, and performance review processes to ensure transparency and operational clarity. Collaborate closely with creative teams to test, iterate, and scale high-performing ad creatives based on data-driven feedback. Take full ownership of KPIs including CPA, ROI, volume, and overall spend efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets (750K+ monthly), with direct hands-on ownership. Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads) with deep operational knowledge of campaign management and scaling strategies. Solid experience with Google Ads, including UAC and search campaigns, with the ability to independently manage execution. Experience across additional paid acquisition channels is a strong advantage. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable growth strategies. Proven ability to work closely with analytics teams to optimize funnel performance and attribution insights. Highly structured, disciplined, and performance-oriented with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency over spend growth. Comfortable working directly inside ad accounts on a daily basis in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Fluent Russian language skills with clear, professional communication abilities.
