  • Design and enhance learning experiences across multiple subjects using child-centered and research-driven approaches
  • Develop and refine curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and instructional methodologies aligned with cognitive development stages
  • Apply principles from child psychology and learning sciences to improve student engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with academic, product, and instructor teams to ensure consistent and high-quality learning delivery
  • Introduce and implement evidence-based teaching strategies to optimize classroom effectiveness
