Position: Full-Time
Location: Washington
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Washington. The LICSW will provide therapy, complete assessments, develop care plans, and help clients work through mental health concerns using professional clinical methods.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through a secure remote platform
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress reviews
- Help clients address anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions
- Maintain accurate records in line with clinical requirements
- Communicate clearly with clients about goals and next steps
- Uphold confidentiality and professional practice standards
- Active Washington LICSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing clinical counseling or therapy
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote care setting
