Louisiana LMFT | Virtual Clinical Care
Employment: Full-Time
Location: Louisiana
Work Setting: Remote
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Overview
We are recruiting a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide ongoing virtual mental health care. This role focuses on helping clients understand how relationships, family dynamics, and emotional health affect daily functioning.
Core Duties
- Assess client concerns, symptoms, and family history
- Develop practical treatment plans
- Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy
- Apply relational and evidence-based interventions
- Review progress and update treatment goals
- Respond appropriately to safety concerns
- Master’s degree or higher in a qualifying behavioral health field
- Active Louisiana LMFT license in good standing
- Direct clinical experience providing therapy
- Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
