We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Utah to join a structured telehealth practice serving clients throughout the state. The role focuses on delivering reliable, client-centered behavioral health support through secure virtual services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and determine appropriate treatment needs
• Provide ongoing individual therapy to an assigned caseload
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans
• Monitor clinical progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and training
• Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
