Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients across Maryland. This full-time position involves meeting with clients virtually, identifying treatment needs, guiding therapeutic progress, and maintaining accurate records. The role is best suited for a licensed clinician who is comfortable working independently, managing a regular caseload, and delivering high-quality care through telehealth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual counseling and psychotherapy services to clients
  • Conduct intake assessments and establish treatment plans
  • Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation for each client encounter
  • Support clients with a wide range of mental health and emotional concerns
  • Review treatment progress and adjust care plans when appropriate
  • Maintain privacy, compliance, and ethical practice standards
  • Identify clinical risks and respond appropriately within scope and protocol
  • Build professional, effective therapeutic relationships in a remote setting

  • Master’s degree in a mental health-related field

  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with telehealth systems and electronic documentation platforms
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods
  • Full-time weekday availability
