Licensed Mental Health Therapist | LMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT
Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients across Maryland. This full-time position involves meeting with clients virtually, identifying treatment needs, guiding therapeutic progress, and maintaining accurate records. The role is best suited for a licensed clinician who is comfortable working independently, managing a regular caseload, and delivering high-quality care through telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual counseling and psychotherapy services to clients
- Conduct intake assessments and establish treatment plans
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation for each client encounter
- Support clients with a wide range of mental health and emotional concerns
- Review treatment progress and adjust care plans when appropriate
- Maintain privacy, compliance, and ethical practice standards
- Identify clinical risks and respond appropriately within scope and protocol
- Build professional, effective therapeutic relationships in a remote setting
- Active Maryland license in good standing as an LMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient, private practice, or telehealth setting
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote environment
- Familiarity with telehealth systems and electronic documentation platforms
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods
- Full-time weekday availability
