Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Location: Ohio
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
As a remote LPCC, you will support clients through regular therapy sessions aimed at improving mental health and overall well-being. The role emphasizes steady client engagement, accurate documentation, and practical treatment planning in a fully virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions using approved platforms
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans
- Document all sessions and client interactions
- Monitor client progress and adjust care strategies
- Maintain professional standards and confidentiality
- Stay current with best practices in mental health care
- Active LPCC license in Ohio
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
