Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Missouri
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
The Role
We’re hiring a Missouri-licensed LPC to provide individual counseling through telehealth. You’ll have a regular schedule of client appointments and work with adults dealing with a range of personal, emotional, and behavioral concerns. The position calls for a clinician who can build rapport with clients online, make sound decisions during treatment, and stay on top of the clinical responsibilities that come with an active caseload.
What You’ll Handle
- Meet with clients for scheduled counseling appointments
- Explore the concerns and circumstances that brought each client to treatment
- Help clients identify realistic areas to work on during counseling
- Use counseling methods appropriate to your training and the client’s situation
- Reassess goals and treatment direction as needed
- Active Missouri LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
