Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Position: Full-Time
Location: Colorado
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor to provide full-time telehealth services for clients in Colorado. The role includes completing assessments, delivering individual therapy, documenting care, and supporting clients with treatment plans designed to improve emotional well-being and overall functioning.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services through a secure virtual platform
- Conduct assessments and define treatment goals
- Support clients with mental health and life-related challenges
- Maintain detailed progress notes and clinical documentation
- Evaluate client outcomes and adjust care plans
- Follow professional, legal, and ethical counseling standards
- Active Colorado LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
- Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
