- MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Employer: AMAZON.COM SERVICES LLC Offered Position: Manager III, Plan/Dev Job Location: Dallas, Texas Job Number: AMZ8735568 Position Responsibilities: Work with local and regional operations and finance teams to complete weekly and peak labor plans. Build the foundation and implement the model for centralized labor planning across North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF). Deliver scalable models and action plans for senior managers and directors. Leverage central teams (i.e. S&OP, Capacity, Central Flow) to drive process improvement for supply chain planning and execution. Use data and bias for action to work through ambiguity and deliver results. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) Analyzing and reporting financial results; (2) Delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; (3) Data interpretation of business impact and results; and (4) experience with MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups.
