This role sits at the core of a high-performing growth marketing organization, focused on improving conversion efficiency across acquisition funnels in key global markets. You will lead the strategy and execution of landing page optimization efforts, using experimentation and data-driven insights to increase sign-ups, reduce acquisition costs, and improve overall funnel performance. The position combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking, requiring close collaboration with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams. You will build and scale localized, high-converting landing experiences tailored to different regions, audiences, and channels. With a strong focus on experimentation, user behavior, and performance analytics, you will translate insights into actionable UX and messaging improvements. This is a highly visible role where your work directly impacts growth, CAC efficiency, and revenue outcomes.
  • Accountabilities: Own and drive landing page optimization strategy across U.S. and EMEA acquisition funnels, ensuring alignment with conversion, CAC, and ROI targets. Design, build, and iterate landing pages using CMS tools, creating regionally and channel-tailored experiences that improve conversion rates. Lead experimentation programs including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization initiatives to continuously improve user experience and performance. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, Web Engineering, and Regional Marketing to ensure messaging, visuals, and UX align with user intent and funnel stage. Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools to identify friction points and optimization opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, CAC, and funnel progression. Ensure seamless integration between paid media campaigns and landing page experiences to maximize Quality Score and downstream conversion performance. Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Web Strategy, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech environments. Strong expertise in A/B testing methodologies, UX principles, and digital experimentation frameworks. Proven ability to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC through structured, data-driven optimization programs. Hands-on experience with analytics and BI tools such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience with behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity) and CRM/marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or Marketo. Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as Contentful and basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
