Manager Security and Loss Prevention - CTBC

Your role

As a valuable team member of the Global Sustainability & ESH Team you are managing Security & Loss Prevention by guiding, executing and supporting activities to safeguard operations, systems and knowledge based on applicable obligations and to sustainably and continually improve the Asset Protection-related performance. This is a global responsibility for the ContiTech organization, including all CT-related locations and entities and in alignment with Business Areas.

Key tasks

• As the subject matter expert, drive the development of and continuously enhance standards, concepts and minimum requirements for the Asset Protection of company assets in line with the ContiTech strategy.
• Ensure that Security & Loss Prevention is aligned with internal and external compliance obligations, such as internal rules and applicable international standards.
• Gather, analyze and report Security & Loss Prevention related performance data. Review Asset Protection-related performance and management systems to derive required improvement actions and improvement potentials.
• Identify, gather and report Security & Loss Prevention related risks, harms and prospective changes and impacts. Ensure mitigation actions and preparedness.
• Drive Asset Protection risk management by identifying, assessing and prioritizing risks to company assets and supporting company locations.
• Drive and steer tasks, projects and programs in your area of responsibility.
• Conduct international audits, assessments and workshops to verify compliance with applicable legal requirements and support company locations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Risk and Security Manager, Risk Engineer, or other related studies)
• Relevant professional certification in auditing, security management, physical security or fire protection (e.g. ISO 19001, ASIS Certified Protection Professional [CPP], ASIS Physical Security Professional [PSP] or NFPA Certified Fire Protection Specialist [CFPS]), or equivalent practical experience)
• Practical experience with relevant security standards, assessment frameworks and certification programs (e.g. ISO 27001, TISAX, AEO and C-TPAT)
• Profound experience in Security related functions
• Basic experience in fire and natural hazards prevention
• Professional experience in managing and advising on Asset Protection is desirable
• Experience in leading large projects and/or steering topics globally
• Fluent English language skills
• International experience desired
• Willingness to travel internationally
