  • Job Title:Marketing & Communications Coordinator Location: On-site (remote flexibility after 3 months based on performance) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: End of June Language Requirement: English C1 (strong proficiency; accent not a limitation) Interview Process: 2 stages Openings: 1 Experience Required: 3–5 years Reporting to: CEO (primary) with dotted-line accountability to Operations Director Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support brand growth, demand generation, and stakeholder engagement. This role blends strategy and execution, focusing on increasing visibility, generating qualified leads, and strengthening relationships with key audiences through effective digital marketing and communications. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute content across social media, email, website, and marketing materials aligned with brand voice and goals. • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) with a consistent publishing cadence. • Build and execute lead generation campaigns, including landing pages, lead magnets, and email nurture sequences. • Develop and distribute newsletters and segmented email campaigns tailored to different audiences. • Strengthen digital presence through SEO, website updates, and local listings management. • Create marketing assets and communication materials to support referral partners and community engagement. • Support executive visibility on LinkedIn and assist with press releases and media coordination. • Monitor inbound inquiries and ensure timely responses or appropriate internal routing. • Track campaign and channel performance, delivering monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Performance Expectations • Maintain consistent weekly social media activity without gaps. • Execute monthly email campaigns (target: ≥20% open rate, ≥2% CTR). • Launch key awareness and lead generation initiatives within the first 60–90 days. • Contribute to achieving at least 8 qualified inquiries per month by month 6. • Grow the email database to 250+ contacts within 6 months and 500+ within 12 months. • Deliver clear monthly performance reports and collaborate closely with leadership and partners. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles. • Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution. • Experience managing social media, email marketing tools, and basic analytics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level). • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Nice to Have • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations. • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, or SEO strategies.
