Job Description

Join an established Australian company specializing in electronic security solutions for strata, commercial, and multi-site properties. The business designs, installs, and supports systems such as intercoms, access control, and CCTV, helping clients improve security and building operations.

As the Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of the company's HubSpot CRM, drive marketing automation and lead nurturing initiatives, execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, create engaging digital content, and analyze campaign performance. You'll work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion while identifying opportunities to optimize marketing processes using AI and emerging technologies.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field would be highly regarded.
  • Proven experience managing and optimising HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, sequences, reporting, segmentation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM-driven marketing, lead nurturing and marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience producing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, landing pages and digital marketing content.
  • Proficiency with Canva for creating and updating marketing collateral and branded assets.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, sales funnels and conversion optimisation.
  • Ability to analyse marketing performance and translate insights into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Highly proactive with the confidence to identify opportunities, recommend improvements and drive initiatives independently.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working alongside sales teams within a B2B, services or project-based business is highly advantageous.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted marketing.
