Job Description
The Media Manager - Social role at Boulevard is more than channel or campaign execution - it’s about building and scaling a high-performing paid social practice that delivers real business impact. You’ll own strategy and performance across core channels like Meta and Instagram, while helping evaluate, test, and unlock new opportunities across platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest as the channels evolve.
This is a high-leverage role where your decisions directly shape how Boulevard acquires and engages customers at scale. You’ll blend hands-on platform execution with strategic influence, managing significant budgets while partnering closely with Marketing Operations, Content, Brand, SDRs, and Finance to turn insights into smarter investment decisions. Success in this role comes from disciplined optimization, creative experimentation, and building scalable systems that improve performance over time.
Experience/Skills Needed:
Required
- 6+ years of hands-on paid social experience with clear accountability for CPA and ROAS
- Deep expertise in Meta and Instagram Ads; campaign structure, targeting, creative testing, bidding, and optimization
- Proven experience managing large-scale, seven-figure budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and performance
- Experience operating as a hands-on individual contributor, directly managing campaigns, budgets, and optimizations
- Strong creative-performance instincts and experience with ad types, with the ability to translate insights into effective ad testing frameworks
- Highly analytical, able to diagnose performance issues and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reporting, and performance narratives
- Comfort partnering with Marketing Operations and Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Sales/SDRs, and Finance
Bonus Experience
- Experience working at a media agency, executing social campaigns
- Experience in B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, or multi-location business models
- Exposure to incrementality testing, attribution modeling, or advanced experimentation frameworks
- Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, or other emerging paid social channels
- Experience evaluating and implementing new creative and AI tools, and ad tech
Day-to-day:
- Directly manage paid social campaigns across Meta and Instagram, with accountability for CPA and ROAS
- Allocate and optimize budgets to maximize efficiency and revenue impact
- Execute ongoing creative, audience, and bidding optimizations to improve performance
- Design and run structured experiments across creative, formats, audiences, and messaging
- Monitor performance daily, identifying risks and opportunities tied to spend efficiency and outcomes
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations
- Partner closely with Marketing Operations and Analytics to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
- Collaborate with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, SDRs, Finance, and Growth partners to align investment with business and marketing priorities
- Work within the broader growth team to ensure strong cross-channel coordination and impact
At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For U.S. based candidates, the anticipated base salary range is $86,500 - $118,000 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
