  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Member of Product, Core Experience based in the United States. As a Member of Product, Core Experience, you will shape the foundational capabilities that power a secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade digital platform. You will own the strategy and execution of core product areas such as identity management, authorization, access controls, and administrative tools that enable both customers and internal teams to operate efficiently. Working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead initiatives that strengthen platform reliability while delivering exceptional user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to influence long-term product direction, solve complex technical challenges, and drive innovation in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment. It is ideal for an experienced product leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while building products that serve as the backbone of an entire platform.
  • Accountabilities Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for core platform capabilities, balancing new feature development with technical debt and long-term platform scalability. Own the product strategy for foundational systems including identity management, authorization, policy administration, user management, and access controls. Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams while ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery. Collaborate closely with engineering and design partners to guide product planning, technical decision-making, and development processes. Establish product success metrics, monitor key performance indicators, and continuously improve outcomes through data-driven decision-making. Develop go-to-market strategies for new platform capabilities and support successful product launches. Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, security, operations, and leadership teams to align priorities and drive organizational objectives. Contribute strategic insights that influence platform direction, organizational processes, and long-term product vision. Communicate product strategy clearly and effectively while fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse stakeholders. Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, preferably managing complex technical or platform products. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders from concept through successful delivery. Strong strategic thinking and roadmap planning skills with the ability to balance customer needs, technical priorities, and business objectives. Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Passion for creating exceptional user experiences while delivering measurable business value. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments. Experience building products in financial services, fintech, cryptocurrency, or other regulated industries is a plus. Familiarity with B2B SaaS platform products, foundation teams, or zero-to-one product development is highly desirable. Willingness to participate in required in-person onboarding activities as part of the company's security and onboarding process. Benefits Fully remote position based in the United States.
