Mental Health Therapist (Fully Remote, Flexible Hours)

What You’ll Do
- Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families
- Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning
- Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases
- Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools
- Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise
- Manage your caseload so you're seeing as many clients as you want with a cadence that makes sense for them
Your Schedule & Caseload
- Minimum of 5 hours/week, with the option to build up to a full caseload
- Weekends and evenings are available but never required
- You choose the ages, conditions, and session types you want to work with
Qualifications
- Active independent license in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent)
- 2+ years experience treating children/teens and their families
- Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
- Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
- Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
