  • Native or fluent Norwegian language proficiency (spoken and written) is essential for this role
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility)
  • A good working knowledge of English for internal communication and training purposes
  • Previous experience in customer support services, call centre environments, or client-facing roles is advantageous but not strictly required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help and support customers
  • Comfortable working on-site in a structured, team-oriented environment and adaptable to shift-based schedules
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms efficiently
