- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed on products and services.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in use of CRM software and standard office tools.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude towards working in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation expenses covered.
