JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of Auxiliary Engines and other machinery equipment. Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. Good communication and leadership skills. Effective English communication. Safety culture and mindset. Experience with multicultural working environment. Holder of a valid COC (STCW Reg III/2) with verification. Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. Experience in repairs and dry docking is required. VESSEL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Minimum experience requirements: 8 months in rank on the same type/size of vessel. Experience on Electronic engines is mandatory. Experience in FRAMO and/or Steam Turbines cargo pump system is mandatory. Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.
