Job Description

We're a fast-moving coaching and education business looking for an Operations Assistant who takes real pride in doing things right. This isn't a role for someone who rushes through tasks, it's for someone who slows down, checks their work, and delivers to a genuinely high standard every single time.

You'll be the person we rely on to keep our day-to-day operations accurate, organised, and running smoothly. If you're the type who notices the small things other people miss, and you get quiet satisfaction from a clean spreadsheet and a completed checklist, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Completing daily operational checklists across a variety of business functions
  • Handling data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Reviewing data and records to catch errors before they become problems
  • Working extensively in Google Sheets, building, maintaining, and managing spreadsheets
  • Supporting the wider operations team on ad hoc tasks as the business grows

  • 1–2 years of experience in an operations, admin, or data entry role
  • Exceptional attention to detail, this is non-negotiable.
  • A proven track record of accurate, high-quality data entry and data review
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets, including formulas and basic data manipulation
  • Someone who double-checks their own work without being asked to
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English
